He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Agee and Essie Agee; and his brothers, Mason Junior Agee, Arnold Timothy Agee and Darnell Agee.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Agee; his daughter Angela Agee; his stepdaughter Lisa Atwood (Jimmy); his stepgrandchildren, Adrienne White (Luke), Rylan Atwood (Danielle) and Lia Atwood; his stepgreat-granddaughter Addison White; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Brinegar, Lillie Mae Arrington (Tony), Sarah L. Hurley (Tommy) and Donna Gail Jackson (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
