She is survived by: her children, Morese Woodrum of Baltimore, MD, James A. Fowlkes II (Doris) of Crewe, VA and Hattie Fowlkes of Richmond, VA; her goddaughter Angela Montgomery of California; her grandchildren, James Fowlkes III (Delphine), Angelyn Glasgow (Andre), TyKeshae Tucker (Kevin), Dawn Lyles and Lisa Lacewell; her great grandchildren, Marcus Miller, Brea Miller, Makiya Fowlkes, James Fowlkes (IV), John Fowlkes, Geordan Ghee, Christopher Tucker, Jada Tucker, Ashton Spinney, Jabari Lyles, Jasmine Lyles and Jaman Lyles; and her siblings, Mincey McCord (Willie), Parcilla Garnes, Ruby Price and Sam Garnes, Jr (Carolyn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
