He was predeceased by: his grandparents, A. W. and Ruth Stamos; his parents, James William Talley and Rebecca Ann Talley; his brother Thomas Earl Talley; and his nephew Nicholas Ryan Sokol.
He is survived by: his sisters, Beverly Talley and Mary Talley Coles; his nephews, Daniel Talley (Cynthia), Joshua Talley and David Talley Browder (Torie); his niece Rebecca Sokol Edwards; and his brother Timothy Harrell (Red). He is also survived by 4 great nephews, and 4 great nieces and numerous cousins.
