He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Webb and Evelyn Kossick Simmons. He is survived by: his brother Hunter "Pookie" Simmons; his girlfriend Barbara Lunsford; his niece Amy Lynn Dean (Arthur "Bo", Jr.); his nephew Braden D. Simmons (Shelly); his great-nephews, Arthur "Bo" Dean III, Austin "Brandon" Dean, Ashton "Blakely" Dean, Braden D. Simmons, Jr., Dalton W. Simmons (Alyssa) and Greylen V. Simmons; and his sister-in-law Janet Lynn Simmons. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous beloved cousins.
