He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jimmie and Willie Mae Hardin; his grandparents, Gerald, Margie Wood and Joseph Mosconi; and his uncle Steve Wood.
He is survived by: his grandmother Jean Mosconi; his parent Shari Olden (Moore); his sister Angela Sharp (Tom); his former wife Amanda Conway-Wood; his children, Gavin, Andrew, Jacob, Briana and Hudson; his granddaughter Lola Daniels; his aunts and uncles, Kathy Cimburke, Brenda Rosenberg, Dave Moore (Bubba), Houston Moore (Steve) and Mike Moore; his nephew Jaelin Frank (Haileigh); his niece Hailey Fink; his great-nephew Whitten Frank; his cousins, Samantha Phillips-Wall, Jeff Moore, Jesse Phillips and Austin Rosenberg; and his close friends, Johnny Hauler, Forrest Ozmore, Raymond Davis, Ryan Coleman, John O'Carroll, Chris Zoldork and Kris Long.
Dale's family is requesting monetary donations instead of flowers to help with the memorial costs.
