She was predeceased by: her parents, George Long and Gertrude Long; and her husband John Lewis Hack, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Hack Sandry (Filippo); her grandchildren, Corbin Broach (Kaitlyn), Tyler Broach and Peyton Broach (Madison Costner); her great grandchild Scarlett Broach; and her siblings, Judy Yarchin (Erick) and Barry Long (Kay). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
