It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathryn Neal Brown of Colonial Beach, Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Neal and Doarthy G. Neal; and her husband William L. Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Brown (Paige) and Chris Brown (Laura); her grandchildren, Jill, Olivia, Ethan, Zach and Brett; and her great grandchildren, Hayley, Zeke, Paislee, Aimee, William and Charlie.
