She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett H Smith and Lillie V Skeen Smith; her brothers, Samuel Smith and Ronald L Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Carol A Zoellner Smith and Aline McCoy Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Salyers Spradlin (Clay); her grandsons, Brian L Spradlin (Natalie) and Maxwell S Spradlin (Haley); her great grandchild Freya Lillianne of Charleston, WV.; and her siblings, Nila G Jenkins Boggs (Michael) of Kingsport, TN and Larry W Smith of Seagrove, NC.
