He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Fredia Helbert (Glynn), Chyrl Ringley (Greg), Becky Sanders (David) and Michelle Hurd (Jerry); his siblings, Connie Wright, Mack Hubbard, Jerry Dotson, Bonna Kelley, Billy Horton (Pete) and Roger Bevins; his close friends, Buck Strouth, Philman Strouth, Flo Hylton and Lee Fields; and his adoptive daughter Carolyn Smith (Francis Stanley Phillip).
