He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Florence M. Tickles; his parents, Charlie Henry Tickles and Lilly Davenport Tickles; his son Jackie Dane Tickles; his siblings, Charlie Jr., Glenn, James, Earl Tickles, Mildred Tickles Ramey, Nell Tickles Ramey and Polly Tickles Hamm; his sons, Tony Tickles (Rhonda) and Randy (Lana); and his stepsons, Wesley Stout (Mary) and James (Alma). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
