He was predeceased by: his father Rufus L. Wallen of Rt; his daughter Mayo Lee Wallen; his mother Daisy Wallen; and his sister Shirley McElrath Spinella. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son Shawn Clinton Wallen; and his siblings, Loretta Switzer (John), Judy H. Stuart (Malcolm), Henrietta Lafferty (Bill) and Paul Wallen of Coeburn, Virginia.. He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
