He was predeceased by: his parents, James Meade and Buena Dotson Meade; his sister Sharon Meade Harvey; and his wife Janice Lorraine Meade. He is survived by: his children, Steve M. Meade (Sue) of Vienna, Missouri, Yvonneda K. DeLache (Dennis) of Schererville and Theresa G. Meade (Tessa) of Coeburn, Virginia; and his siblings, James Allen Meade (Bucky) of Coeburn, Virginia and Jean Meade Carter (Edward) of Lowell, Indiana. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
