He is survived by: his wife Ella May Foster Franks; his sons, Burton (Lisa) of Troutville, VA and Salola Curtis "Sogie" (Amber Franks) of Coeburn, VA; his stepdaughters, Pamela Stallard (Rickey) of Saint Paul, VA and Amy Mullins (Jeffrey) of Wytheville, VA.; his grandchildren, Nathan, Coleman Stallard, Josh, Luke Franks, Tia Hinkley (Cody), Emily Mullins, Rebecca Counts (Kyle), Martin Franks (Kelsey), Issac Meade and Lindsey Williams (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Lillianna, Abigail, Maddison, Maverick and Jentsen Stallard; and his grandchildren, Colton, Anderson, Lola Beth Franks and Asher Franks.
