He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ralph Kellogg; his brother Perry Conley Boozer Jr.; his mother Edna Jean Swann Kellogg; his sisters, Mary Ann Kellogg of Coeburn, VA. and Rebecca Conley Boozer of Jellico, TN.; his nephews, Emmitt Kellogg and Robert Antwon Johnson; and his niece Crystal Nicole Boozer.

We will be following State Mandated Social Distancing and Occupancy and Mask are required, the family or funeral home will not provide Mask.
