He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delores Hartless Noell of Virginia and Joe Evans Noell, Sr.; his sister Ruthie Almond; his children, Amanda Noell (Jason Gray) of Gretna and Joe Evans Noell III of Cloverdale; his girlfriend Patricia Barton of Cloverdale; his sister Debbie Grant of Elliston; and his granddaughters, Autumn Gray and Annabel Gray.
