Roscoe Mullins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2021, at the age of 93, Roscoe Mullins (Clintwood, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Hughes Mullins; and his siblings, Houston, Haskel, Chester, Ulis, Leslie Mullins, Arlene, Lois and Eunice Mullins.
He is survived by: his parents, James Russell and Delphia Ratliff Mullins; his son Roderick Allen (Kimberly Mullins) of Wise, VA.; his grandson Andrew Russell (Andrea Mullins) of Wise; his sister Norma Robinson of Clintwood, VA; and his sister-in-law Lucille Dotson Mullins of Clintwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in honor of Roscoe Mullins to the Dickenson County Food Bank.
