He is survived by: his children, Christopher Smith (Lora Lee) and Andrea Mullins (Randy); his grandchildren, Alex Smith, Haydren Smith, Allison Smith, Megan King, Steve, Aiden Smith, Hunter Mullins and Mickey Mullins; and his sister Darlene Lawrence (Donald).
