She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Townes and Meda Robinson Townes; her husband Billy Mack Mullins; her son Brian Mack Mullins; and her sisters, Margaret Castel, Betty White and Lila Fox.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Mullins of Clintwood; and her sister Lillian Salyer of Richlands, Virginia. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
