He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Campbell and Frances Elizabeth Campbell (Colvin); his son Ronald "Ronnie" Campbell; his grandson Wade G. Wilhoit; and his siblings, Clyde, Donald, Fred, Nelson Campbell, Ruth Ellen May (Campbell), Maude Campbell, Bessie Fridley (Campbell) and Mary Lou Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Marie Campbell (Ruley) of Churchville Loop; his children, Charles O. "Charlie" Campbell of Churchville, Cindy M. Campbell of Churchville and Rita C. Wilhoit (Eddie) of Swoope; his siblings, Edward Campbell (Cherie) of Staunton, Susan Fridley of Maryland and Thelma Larson of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Tabitha McDorman (B. J., family: Justin Campbell, Alli Dula), Branson Wilhoit, Kristin Silverio (Ralpha) and Skylar Cupp.
