She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Pierce Hanger and Daisy Leota Hanger (Cox); her husband Richard Eugene "Dick" Harlow; her daughters, Debbie Puffenbarger and Donna Parady; her son-in-law Gary Puffenbarger; her sister Hilda; her brother-in-law Clyde Eavey; her brother Robert Hanger; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Hanger.
She is survived by: her son Doug Harlow (Joyce) of Churchville; her son-in-law Lewis Parady of Weyers Cave; her brother Roscoe Hanger of Swoope; her granddaughters, Lindsay Harlow (Tony Harris), Jennifer Jack (Travis) and Ashley Huyard (Drew); her great grandchildren, Alexis Harris, Corbyn Jack, Dylan and Tucker Huyard; her stepgrandson Josh Puffenbarger (Amber); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lindsey Mackenna, Ashley Jack and Trevor Jack; and her close friends, Judith Hanger, Mary Huffman and Beth Gouthro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
