With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Roberta (Cooper) Hammer (Churchville, Virginia), born in West Nyack, New York, who passed away on March 26, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Murray Cooper and Margaret Daisy Cooper (Phelan); her former husband Frank Webster Harris; and her son Justin Harris. She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Marasa and Karen Emerize; and her children, Andrea Maeby (Angie), Teresa Edsall, Julia Tolbert, Jon Tolbert, Sonya Harris, Cassandra Harris, Dakota Harris, Lois Harris, Lisa Harris, Megan Lucas, Jennifer Porter and Zachary Harris.
