He is survived by: his grandparents, William Henry and Cliffie Cox (Proffitt); his son Jeffrey Miller (Crystall) of Staunton; his sister Donna Kay Clendennen Harris of Swoope; his grandchildren, Megan Carlen (Kevin), Jessica Clatterbaugh of Lynchburg, Bryan Puffenbarger of Staunton and Andrew Taylor of Staunton; his great grandchildren, Lucas Smith, Benjamin Clatterbaugh, Isabel Clatterbaugh, Emma Taylor and Brayden Taylor; and his great-niece Brooklynn Clendennen.
