He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Horn (Sutton) of Churchville; his daughters, Anita Horn Dameron (Jon) of Churchville and Jessica Horn (Holly Crews) of Swoope; his grandchildren, Luke Keith Dameron, Hannah Elizabeth Dameron and Hayden R. Horn; and his sisters, Sherry Doyle of Staunton and Patricia Lawhorn (Larry) of Churchville.
