He is survived by: his children, Martha Nicole Toler (Timothy James Toler) and Tommy Ray Branagan Jr.; his grandchildren, Christopher Neil Williams, Catherine Marie Williams, Kristen Michelle Roark, Alexus Marie Toler, Makayla Nichole Toler and Tyler James Toler; and his siblings, Donna Kay Nunley and Michael Glenn Branagan.
