It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Harman (Christiansburg, Virginia), who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Roy departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Roy. Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy David and Jeannette Dupuy Harman. He is survived by: his close friend Kathleen Unruh; his children, Kelly, Phillip and John; his son-in-law Steve McMaster; his sister Suzanne Harman Munson; and his pet Peaches.
