He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Lee and Catherine Louise Blackwell Hall; his children, Krystine Atkinson (Chris), Craig Hall (Leigh) and Ezra Ford; his grandchildren, Catherine Wirt, Thomas Wirt, Abigail Atkinson, Tyler Atkinson and Margaret Ford; and his brothers, Sherman Hall (Nancy) and Tim Hall (Dana). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
