He was predeceased by: his son Michael Douglas Gallaher; and his parents, Janet Gallaher and Jerry Gallaher. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Thompson Gallaher; his brother Joe; his sister-in-law Linda Gallaher; his niece Melissa (Wayne Pannell); and his godsons, Jason Grubb and Hayden Douglas Burch.
