She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ramey Hancock and Olga Korneluk Hancock; and her daughter Megan Elaine Swartz. She is survived by: her husband Gregory A. Diethorn; her daughter Dana E. Byrd; and her grandchildren, Graham Byrd, Heath Byrd and Rowan Byrd.
