He is survived by: his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Scott Costigan; his granddaughter Trista Scarlett Costigan; his stepgrandson Tyler Scott Costigan; his friend Kathy Bishop; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hazyl and Oliver. He is also survived by 2 nephews and a niece.
