He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Howard Sr. and Faye Irwin (Birch). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Howard; his children, H. M. Howard and Anita LeMay; his grandchildren, Stevie Ray, Melissa, River and Rider; and his siblings, Beverly Jester, Shelby Howard, Mitchell Howard Jr. and Rocky Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
