She was predeceased by: her father Gary W Daisey; her grandparents, Herbert, Emma Daisey, Ralph and Ruth Turlington; her stepfather Luther Miller; and her uncles, Delbert Cigar Daisey, Bobby Turlington and Charles Ralph Turlington.
She is survived by: her mother Betty Rae Daisey Miller; her sons, Chris Birch and Josh Birch (Angela); her grandchildren, Samantha Gilbert, Roman and Isaac Birch; her brothers, Gary Daniel Daisey (Sandy), Matthew Daisey (Sherry) and Mark Daisey (Danielle); her stepsiblings, Lisa Cooley, Sharon Kellison and Dave Miller (Edwina); her uncle Herbert Lee Daisey (Linda); and her pet Angel. She is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
