With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen E. Dawkins of Chincoteague Island, Virginia, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on July 2, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Foley and Rita Foley (Conaway); and her husband Ronald Albert "PeWee" Dawkins of Negril, Jamaica.. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Scarlett of Dania, FL, George Nelson, Gatey R. Dawkins of Chincoteague Island, VA and Perrell A. Dawkins of Chincoteague Island, VA; and her siblings, Diane Moses (Tom) of Rockport, MA, Helen Coolidge (Tom) of Melbourne, FL and Philip Conaway. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
