He is survived by: his wife Marsha Mazuchowski Hopkins of Chincoteague Island, VA; his children, Dustin Miera, Richard Cook of Palmetto, FL and Tina Cook of Millsboro, DE; his grandchildren, Shawna, Jeff, Gregory, Nicole, Dakota, Emma, Katie, Caroline and Beni; his niece Sherry Hervas; his great-niece Tia; and his great-nephew Tyler.
