He is survived by: his wife Linda Abrams Hall of Chincoteague Island, VA; his daughter Chantelle Hall Mason (Troy) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Abrams (Trish) of New Church, VA and Peggy Bradford (Wesley) of New Church, VA; and his aunt Helen Merritt of Chincoteague Island, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
