He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey White and Lillie White (Thornton); his brothers, Shay White and Willis White; his son-in-law Allen Barr, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Kenny and Mark Barrett.
He is survived by: his spouse Connie Barrett White of Chincoteague Island, VA; his daughter Penny White Barr (Robert Bolding) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his grandchildren, Tiffany Stevens (Jeff) of New Church, VA and Ryan Barr (Sarah) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his great grandchildren, Bronson Stevens of New Church, VA and Ryan Allen Barr of Chincoteague Island, VA; his brother George Ed White of Atlantic, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Calvin Barrett (Bonnie) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Virginia Barrett of Chincoteague Island, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
