It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Jester of Chincoteague Island, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Jester and Ann Jester. He is survived by: his cousin Kenny Burton; his wife Grace Ann Gallagher Jester; and his sister-in-law Sheila Gallagher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
