He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eastlake and Rosella Eastlake (Smith); his wife Sharon Eastlake; and his sister Donna Knipple. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Eastlake-Gorman (Bill) of Smithsburg, MD, Dean Edward Eastlake, Jr. (Betty) of Ijamsville, MD and Michael Paul Eastlake (Anne) of Ijamsville, MD; his siblings, Gary Eastlake of Myrtle Beach, SC and Janice Reinholtz (Fred) of Loganville, PA; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Farnsworth (Ron) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Chuck Scheck (Jackie) of Milford, MI; and his pet Radar. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
