He is survived by: his spouse Gail Birch Horner of Chincoteague Island, VA; his daughter Wendy Savage (Ellis) of Atlantic, VA; and his granddaughter Mackenzie Savage of Atlantic, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
