He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Portz and Anna Portz. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Portz; his brother Frederick Portz (Rose) of Jefferson, OH.; his children, Michelle Bruno (Carlos) of York, PA, Kristan Allman (Bill) of Chincoteague, VA and Charles "Chuck" Portz of York, PA; his grandchildren, Jenissa Bruno, Rashaun Bruno, Xavier Bruno, Mya Bruno of York, PA, Andrew Allman (Meghan) and Jarod Allman of Ann Arbor, MI; and his great grandchildren, Aileen, Ezekiel and Anna.
