It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton W. Collins Jr. (Chincoteague Island, Virginia), who passed away on December 19, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Carlton W. Collins, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Frances Justice Collins of Chincoteague Island, VA; his son Carlton W. Collins, III (Pam) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Michael Collins (Erin) of Australia and Heather Collins of Lansing, MI; his great grandchildren, Ryder Foster of San Diego, CA and Araya Collins; his brother Esley Collins (Cindy) of Chincoteague Island, VA; and his friend George Ed White of Atlantic, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
