He was predeceased by: his parents, Anders Breland and Sigrid Breland (Skaar). He is survived by: his wife Myrna Breland of Chincoteague Island; his sons, Arne Steven Breland (Peggy) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Gary Erik Breland (Anna) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his grandchildren, Venke Cowger (Heath) of Pocomoke City, MD, Vera Breland of Chincoteague Island, VA, Eva Breland of Chincoteague Island, VA, Arne Steven Breland, Jr. (Liana) of Chincoteague Island, VA and Ivan Breland of Chincoteague Island, VA; his great grandchildren, Aurora Breland of Chincoteague Island, VA and Austin Cowger of Pocomoke City, MD; and his brother Harald Breland (Signe) of Norway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
