It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Coleman (Chesterfield, Virginia), who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Junious Coleman of Washington and Florine Lee Coleman; his wife Lille Ercell Coleman; his children, Florine Pencile and Willie Coleman; his grandsons, Ronnie and Jerome Coleman; and his siblings, Edward, Herman Coleman, Daisy Mosby and Susie Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Ellen Keliber (Neil), Faye Brown (Herbert), Delilah Taylor (Stanley), Vickie Toney, Charles Coleman (Ellen) and Larry Coleman; his sister Florence Williams (Richard); his son-in-law Nathaniel Pencile; and his brother-in-law Dennis Mosby. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
