She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Shifley and Bertha Shifley; her husband Wayne Smith; her children, Jeffrey Smith and Pamella Torkelson (Charles) of Powhatan; her brother Arvin Shifley of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Joshua (Robyn) of Fredericksburg and Laurel Torkelson of Chesterfield; and her great grandchildren, Madilynn, Carter, Wyatt and Avery.
She was a three time multiple myeloma cancer survivor therefore the family ask that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society in her name.
