He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Sadler and Thaddeus Colley; and his sister Carole Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Keith Colley, Frank Giardina (Carolyn), Brian Snipes (Laverne) and Sandy Snipes; and his sisters, Jo Ann Mulligan (Craig) and Jane Brittingham.
