He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter and Macie Lee Sprouse; and his brothers, Charles, James, Richard and Wayne Sprouse.
He is survived by: his wife Frances "Frankie" Sprouse; his daughters, Brenda Howell and Susan Dyke (Butch); his grandchildren, Andrew (Kara), Matthew, Adam (Victoria) and Emily; his sister Iona Reiordan; and also Ray Howell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
