He is survived by: his wife Johanna Rogers; his children, Kelly Buxton (Eric) and Justin Rogers; his grandchildren, Claire, Charlotte and Oliver Buxton; his siblings, Kathleen Hayslett (Rod), Judy Lambert (Alan), John Rogers (Vicky) and James Rogers; his mother-in-law Eleonore Kinney; and his brother-in-law Lester Kinney (Diana). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
