She is survived by: her husband Robert Hayes; her sons, Christopher Hayes (Kristin) and Michael Swift Hayes (Eileen); her grandchildren, Logan, Connor and Devin; and her siblings, Kathleen Misko, Mary Bartz, Joan Pelz, Patricia McDonald, Michael Flash and James Flash. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
