She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Edwards and Helen Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Clifton R. Long III; her children, Greg Taylor, Stephanie Frederick, Sean Jordan (Sandi), Michael Meadows and Paige Yawn (Jamey); her grandson Jack Yawn; and her brother Leonard Edwards (Cheryl).
