George Gotthold Meyer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2023, at the age of 91, George Gotthold Meyer of Chesterfield, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Paula Meyer (Saslaw); his parents, Hans Meyer and Hilda Meyer (Lesser); and his sister Gerda. He is survived by: his sister Eve Meyer Edlin (Jim); his sons, Bruce (Christie Little Meyer), Brian (Sharla Meyer) and Barry (Karyn Meyer); his parents-in-law, Rose and Ron Jackson; his children, David (Jacklyn), Rachel Bickford (Brennen) and Jess; his caregivers, Laura Harris, Carter Stuart and Stephanie Little; and his great grandchild Izzy Bickford. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
