She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edwin Deeter and Lucy Helen Gibbs Deeter; her husband Dennis Lee Willoughby; and her sister Carolyn Elizabeth Bowser. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Hope Ervin (Larry) and Charity Lynn Herring (Allen); her grandchildren, Kaleb Joshua Ervin, Divinity Hope Ervin, Zachary Lee Herring and Ezekiel Allen Herring; and her sister Martha Sue Matheny (Herb). She is also survived by two nieces, four great nieces, one nephew, and two great nephews.
